Pros
Being able to manage the payroll process myself, see the results of changes and carry out retrospective calculations. I like the date management feature.
KPC can do anything, provided you’re willing to spend the time updating the system

Cons
I would like to see a more flexible process in the cloud solution, with the option to set up multiple criteria for carrying out the payroll process for selected employees or a group of employees. It is not possible to see how far along the process is.
Integrations from other IT systems are difficult to import into KPC
