Pros
The system meets a wide range of HR needs (recruitment, onboarding, staff management, time and absence tracking, performance reviews/annual appraisals, etc.). For us, absence tracking has been a huge benefit thanks to HR-ON.
The support team are very friendly and always helpful.
HR-ON meets our need for reliable HR data and a really great TA solution, which has exactly the features we need to carry out effective recruitment. It’s easy to manage access in Staff, and it’s easy to get new managers to understand both Staff and Recruit. Support is easy to access, and you can really feel the human touch behind it.
That I can have all staff in the same flow. Both our own but also staffing agencies and our extra employees

Cons
There are many different configuration options, which in many ways is a very good thing, as it allows you to tailor the system to your business’s needs. Sometimes, however, this can also be a drawback, as you may end up spending a lot of time trying to find exactly where a minor adjustment needs to be made.
I can’t think of anything we’re missing.
The design feels old, but these profiles in different colours
