That we can customise the system to our needs
We have been using intect for a number of years now and have been very happy with it. Easy and user-friendly system. It is possible to download good reports.

Insights is not part of the "standard package"
Hmm... if anything, it's that our employees can correct bank account and address themselves, which sometimes means that we don't have correct data in our HR system as they forget to give us the info, and I must admit that I don't double check the other way round.
