Support returns when you have a question or specific problem. It's rarely solved the first time. Setup inside the back of the system

Daily tasks in connection with payroll I have a task that has not been solved from my side but from Intect. Sent a long with changes regarding payment during sick leave but only got an email back regarding sick pay and that was not at all what I asked about

What do you like most?
We have been using intect for a number of years now and have been very happy with it. Easy and user-friendly system. It is possible to download good reports.
What do you like least?
Hmm... if anything, it's that our employees can correct bank account and address themselves, which sometimes means that we don't have correct data in our HR system as they forget to give us the info, and I must admit that I don't double check the other way round.
What business-critical problems do you feel Intect solves?
We're in safe hands when it comes to the Holiday Act and other general public rules regarding salary, so that's great.
