Pros
There is good integration from recruitment right through to employee master data. The employee master data is well organised. The system is generally easy to use. Good integration with our payroll system. It is easy to get in touch with support, who are very knowledgeable.
Intuitive and very user-friendly.
The setup of workflows simplifies many business processes.
GDPR-compliant.
Helpful and skilled staff.
It saves time and streamlines processes relating to onboarding, offboarding and holiday requests. It allows you to carry out employee surveys and hold performance reviews, etc., all in one place.
The ‘Feedback’ module, featuring interviews and surveys
Reviews
Cons
The automated workflows aren’t always structured in a very logical way.
I wish you could stop a signature workflow yourself. I wish you could only make changes to documents that have been rejected. I wish drafts sent for approval were visible in the file archive.
The technical terms can be a bit difficult to get to grips with.
Gather data and reports, compare survey results and the insights/statistics.
The salary review function, as we do not currently use it.
