Pros

That the system is very user-friendly, easy to update and maintain. It also gathers all HR related information in one place where it is easy to find.
Contracts, appraisals, onboarding and everything in one place.
Goalenvision's methodology, the automated reporting tool, the possibility to create surveys or targets for employees or success units

Cons

"The system works well for our use, but could perhaps be more vibrant where you can have a dialogue with each other. We haven't been able to test all the functions yet, but we realise that we still need the intranet page we have on Facebook.
For those who have several manuals, they come one after another. I wish this was more clear with the fact that you choose which manual you want to print into.
The tool's graphs and the clarity of what they show could still be simplified.
