Pros

The combination of skills, CRM and forecasting in a single tool
I like the fact that Cinode is a specialised CRM for consultancy firms. I also love that they’re quick to roll out new features, such as the MCP server. With its help, we’ve been able to automate large parts of our business.
I’m really pleased that we can bring sales, marketing and customer service together on a single platform. It makes collaboration between our departments much easier. I also appreciate the wide range of integration options and the excellent training materials, which make it easier to get to grips with new features.
The best thing about HubSpot is its automation capabilities. I can easily set up email campaigns, build automated workflows and track how our leads progress through the customer journey. I also appreciate that marketing and sales can work within the same system.

Cons

That it is a bit tricky to make forecasts on a financial year basis
Guit can involve quite a few clicks. But you get the hang of it.
I find that the reporting options are sometimes a bit limited, particularly when we want to carry out more advanced analyses or customisations. The system can also become quite expensive once we start using more modules and features
It can be quite difficult to get to grips with the more advanced features. It takes time to set up complex automations and customised reports, and sometimes we need help from someone with more technical experience. Sunrise has been a great help in this regard.
