Pros

Great support from Sweet, flawless system with few interruptions
The system is very easy to work in and is incredibly helpful in keeping track of all cases. The new features that we will get when upgrading, will make the work more efficient. Automatic reminder emails etc.
A single platform for all parts of the customer journey. We have everything from website, forms, calendar booking to customer support after winning a deal.

Cons

Duplication of images and files in case management
Duplicate files in the case difficult to keep track of. With each mailing to the customer, files/images are duplicated.
Sometimes it can be perceived as a bit slow. Requires bandwidth
Difficult to know which hubs we need.
