Pros
The system is easy to use and we have a good overview. We can easily manage all employees' info so it's all in one place.
Simple system. We were overserved on our second HR solution. We switched because we needed to cut to the core.
HR-ON meets our need for reliable HR data and a really great TA solution, which has exactly the features we need to carry out effective recruitment. It’s easy to manage access in Staff, and it’s easy to get new managers to understand both Staff and Recruit. Support is easy to access, and you can really feel the human touch behind it.
What I appreciate most about HR-ON is the wide range of options the system offers, combined with a very user-friendly setup. The system supports a broad range of HR processes and gives us great flexibility in our work. Furthermore, the integration with Recruit is a major advantage, as it creates a more seamless experience across recruitment and staff administration.
The support at HR-ON is absolutely top-notch, and help is always available quickly.

Cons
There could be more flexibility with payroll, but there's just been an integration with zenegy, which is great.
We're waiting for a feature, but it should be just around the corner. We bought in on the premise that it's a new system and they're in a phase of lots of development, so some features are coming on an ongoing basis. That's ok.
I can’t think of anything we’re missing.
We still miss the ability to transfer sickness absence data directly from our payroll system, and we hope for future integration options in this area. Furthermore, we find that the onboarding module is relatively rigid in its structure, which limits flexibility – for example, the data dashboard is not fully usable for us, as there are currently limitations on how much data can be segmented and analysed.
