It is very easy to use and the dashboard is very organised. Because it is very user-friendly it is easy to create engagement with your team.
The clear overview, the fact that I can ask for feedback from my employees, that I can add all 1 on 1 notes into Hibob. It's just a very clear user friendly system that allowes you to keep all safe things into one place.
User-friendly for both colleagues in the field and admin staff.
Designed to communicate with either individuals or everyone, and to ensure that everyone has received the message.
Really good support and service from EKKO
I’m really pleased with the app! It’s very easy and intuitive to use, and it’s quickly become a really useful tool in my day-to-day life. The customer service and support are excellent: they’re always helpful and quick to reply. All in all, it’s a smart and well-designed app that makes life easier.

I must say that I have been using this platform at my previous job for 3 years, where I was working as an employee and I really liked it. Currently, I'm using it from the other side as a manager and it's just very user friendly, I love it.
There are still some features that could be more user-friendly, such as the reporting section, where it can take some time to find the right filters and data. Some integrations also require technical setup, which is not always intuitive. Support is helpful, but response times could be faster at times.

There isn’t much to complain about. The app is easy to use, and the support team are always friendly and helpful. The only thing I’d like to see is more options for customising the app to match our own brand and design.
