Pros

Heartpace is an excellent system that enables us to manage our HR processes in a structured way throughout the year. It also makes things easier for our managers in their day-to-day work and in discussions with individual employees.
What we appreciated right from the start was the simplicity – getting started with basic HR administration was straightforward and well-organised. What has made us stay and continue to invest in the platform is the combination of its breadth and the fact that it is a tool actually used by managers – not just by HR. It helps us to follow up and lead in a more structured way.

Cons

I don’t really have anything negative to say. We’ve been using Heartpace for several years and have got to grips with the system really well, so we hardly ever need any support.
I’m not sure if I’d say it’s the one I like the least, but you do need to set aside time when implementing the system and its modules to get the most out of it. You do have that time – but sometimes it can feel like a hurdle, so you end up deprioritising it.
