Reviews

Pros

What we appreciated right from the start was the simplicity – getting started with basic HR administration was straightforward and well-organised. What has made us stay and continue to invest in the platform is the combination of its breadth and the fact that it is a tool actually used by managers – not just by HR. It helps us to follow up and lead in a more structured way.
What I like most about Heartpace is how easy it is to get an overview of the organisation and my colleagues. It’s also been very useful for us that we can add multiple modules, so we can have many of our processes brought together in a single tool – for example, performance reviews, pay reviews and staff surveys.

Cons

I’m not sure if I’d say it’s the one I like the least, but you do need to set aside time when implementing the system and its modules to get the most out of it. You do have that time – but sometimes it can feel like a hurdle, so you end up deprioritising it.
I have nothing negative to say about Heartpace; it has lived up to our expectations. The system has evolved considerably since we’ve had it, so the aspects I previously had reservations about have been significantly improved.
