Pros

We chose DealJourney because we can see that their CRM is a very good fit for our business. In addition to what other CRM systems can offer, we get a good overview of the rental agreements we have with our customers, and a clearer distinction between one-off sales and recurring sales. This makes it easier to see what a customer is worth to us over time. And the fact that they are a Nordic company with staff who communicate in one of the Nordic languages and maintain close dialogue with us whenever we need it.
It’s easy to use and meets all our needs in terms of activities, pipeline management, subscription management, overviews and support cases. We save a lot of clicks compared to our old system (webCRM), and the DealJourney team is incredibly responsive and implements feedback and suggestions for improvement in no time at all.
It's as close to a plug & play tool as you can get for creating a professional thread in the process. It is in many cases the first and last impression of the written and interactive part of the deal.
To be able to personalise mailings with video and track who has read which pages

Cons

DealJourney is such a small company. But perhaps that’s why it’s so innovative.
I have no complaints about them.
That it is not also a CRM system, developed with my experience of Get Accept's approach to ease of use, simplicity and customer relationship.
Liked the previous layout better
