Pros
Simplicity, especially related to the use of deviations, RUH and SJA. Available on the app, which makes it easier to get employees to log in quickly, as well as having access to IK right in your pocket. Reminders about deviations and competences that are about to expire, it's beautiful.

For larger companies, manoeuvring through the system can be cumbersome as many of the functions can quickly become cluttered when there is a lot of information. We also find that the action plan is difficult to relate to and follow up. The same applies to follow-up during undesirable incidents, and it would be desirable to have a simpler way of identifying absences related to the incident, as well as whether there was a need for any type of organisation or to contact healthcare professionals afterwards. Nor is it possible to analyse causes.
