It’s a simple and user-friendly system. Smooth time reporting. It’s easy to see variations in flexitime, etc. Absence management is very smooth and clear. Payroll processing is straightforward as everything is automatically transferred from Time to Payroll.

The system can be tailored to suit the business. The support is excellent; the staff are friendly and knowledgeable, and they always get back to you. The system can seem difficult to make changes to, but once you’ve got the hang of it, it’s a reliable and user-friendly system for staff and administrators alike.

We have now been using most parts of the system for a number of years and Trinax has really become better and better along the way. It is very clear that they are continuously working on improvements in the system. The staff is very nice, helpful and responsive. I really have nothing negative to say about Trinax and we have been using their system for 3 years now. I am so satisfied that I have also transferred the company's entire driving records to them. Something that is really positive about Trinax is that I as an admin can perform all parts of the system via mobile device which I could not before with other system providers. I highly recommend Trinax to everyone I have talked to!

Easy to work in, clear simple language. We export the reported times to Fortnox, which is our payroll system. The drivers report their times directly on the website/"app".
