What do you like most?

The system’s capabilities. It’s important to set things up properly from the start, but you can do almost anything. If you seek assistance from support, you can make a wide range of customisations should the need arise. Reliable, good support and staff within the company. Software and apps are constantly being developed.

What do you like least?

I find the report generator a bit complicated; it’s hard to figure out for yourself how to use it. There should be a selection of ‘standard reports’ that you can use and then customise. Perhaps there could also be a bit more ‘pop-up’ information when you select settings, explaining what they do.

What business-critical problems do you feel Flex HRM Time solves?

We only use Flex HRM Time, and it meets all our requirements for a time-tracking system.

The possibilities offered by the system. The fact that it is being developed

The reports from the past are produced in a poor Excel format, with merged columns and blank rows, rather than in a numerical format.

The fact that Time keeps track of things in real time shifts the responsibility onto managers rather than leaving many problems for me to sort out.
