Easy to use one system for everything
I like that Flex HRM has so much flexibility for me who has the admin role to be able to change and adjust in the settings.
A scheduling system that provides great opportunities for customisation according to the company's needs. The possibilities are many to get the set that we as customers are in need of.

It's not easy to understand when you're new to the system.
It would be good if the system was slightly more user-friendly and less complex for users who do not work much in the system.
