Pros
It’s a simple and user-friendly system. Smooth time reporting.
It’s easy to see variations in flexitime, etc. Absence management is very smooth and clear.
Payroll processing is straightforward as everything is automatically transferred from Time to Payroll.
The system can be tailored to suit the business. The support is excellent; the staff are friendly and knowledgeable, and they always get back to you. The system can seem difficult to make changes to, but once you’ve got the hang of it, it’s a reliable and user-friendly system for staff and administrators alike.

Scheduling for our organisation is a bit tricky and time-consuming, as our workload varies so much from one period to the next.
"Locked" settings in time reporting that apply to elected representatives’ time.
The design is getting a bit old.
