If you seek assistance from support, you can make a wide range of customisations should the need arise.

It is easy to use and contains what we need. The connection to Fortnox works without any disruptions.
Blikk is very easy to understand and use. It is probably the programme that has needed the least training and support to get started and use.

Cons
I find the report generator a bit complicated; it’s hard to figure out for yourself how to use it.
There should be a selection of ‘standard reports’ that you can use and then customise.
Perhaps there could also be a bit more ‘pop-up’ information when you select settings, explaining what they do.
The reports from the past are produced in a poor Excel format, with merged columns and blank rows, rather than in a numerical format.
That you have to update the articles in Fortnox and companies in Blikk, would have preferred to be able to do everything in Blikk.
I wish it was easier to adjust and customise the payroll file from Blikk to Visma Lön; to more easily create links between article to payroll type.
