The file transfers and all the import files you can easily create

What we appreciate most about Heartpace is how it simplifies and digitises our HR processes in a user-friendly way. It brings everything together in one place - from onboarding and performance reviews to salary mapping and goal setting. It also supports our managers in their day-to-day work and provides clarity and confidence in the processes for our employees.

The accounting files are still a bit complicated but should get easier the more you work in the system
The reports are not good at all. A lot of manual work, which creates unnecessary time, such as working hours not being included in the accounting order and not quarterly reports
I think the menu should be easier to find the reports. For example, the statistical reports should be under statistics not processing. Will be a lot of searching
Would have liked integration with our payroll system and some development of the reports you can take out from pulse surveys. No system comes without challenges, but Heartpace has a clear strength in listening to its customers and has during our time as users developed continuously and continues to do so.
The system has in some cases changed over the years in terms of different modules and what is included etc. I feel that pricing has changed over time. No major issues!
