For us, the Forecast function is the best feature of Tracezilla. It helps us ensure that our purchasing and production are organised in good time and in the right quantities. It’s a huge advantage.
Tracezilla offers a solution that can be configured out of the box to support some highly advanced logistics flows.
In our sector, pharmaceutical logistics, there are very strict compliance requirements. Everything must be documented in accordance with certifications or legal requirements, and on top of that, we have very complex logistics and pricing management.
This is all something we can manage in Tracezilla thanks to the configuration and customisation options the system offers.

Sometimes you might wish the telephone helpline had slightly extended opening hours if you need help straight away.
We have been incredibly pleased with our collaboration with Tracezilla and have received excellent and highly professional service.
However, I can see that there would have been some advantages to involving an implementation partner or a consultancy advisor in the process, who could have taken some of the pressure off us as project managers.
tracezilla has a robust and flexible product that can be configured in great detail. It is a major advantage to have a consultant on board who is familiar with all the system’s capabilities.
