Pros
It’s easy to use and meets all our needs in terms of activities, pipeline management, subscription management, overviews and support cases. We save a lot of clicks compared to our old system (webCRM), and the DealJourney team is incredibly responsive and implements feedback and suggestions for improvement in no time at all.
How fast the team in DealJourney is to fix deficiencies or customise as needed, there is very good follow-up during the onboarding process.
Smart, simple, efficient and fun!

Cons
It’s a new system, so there are areas that are constantly being improved, but it isn’t 100% perfect from the outset. However, the team behind it is very responsive and quickly fixes any issues so that the system works better than many others as soon as they’re identified.
Slightly lacking in marketing services compared to major players, desire and ability to have multiple pipelines.
I wish electricians were more concerned with sales :P
