I like the fact that i never miss any customers anymore. Ususally i lost many potential customers on a daily basis - but now everyone get the help and support when they need.
Another great thing is that the teeam behind Verbu is very service minded, and make sure that everything runs smoothely.

I would prefer hiring a real human to take my phone 24/7 - but thats not an option. So this is the better alternative.
Getting what we need to correct or improve in the chatbot responses could have been easier.
