Pros
That I can monitor the fees whilst the project is ongoing, not just once the phase has been completed. In our architectural practice, it’s easy to get carried away by a good idea and spend more hours on a project proposal than we can actually afford, and in the past we often realised this far too late. Now I can see expenditure per phase in real time and make adjustments whilst there’s still time to do so. I also like the fact that it’s all in one place: architects, structural engineers and the consultants we bring in all record their work in the same system, so I don’t have to chase people up for timesheets at the end of the month.
That I can see what’s actually going on without having to chase people up for answers. We used to work with spreadsheets that were never up to date, and there was always someone who had a different version. Now everything’s in one place. I mainly use it to keep track of who’s busy in my team and who’s got some breathing space, and that’s actually where it really helps me and the team in our day-to-day work. And it was easy to get started, which I’d expected would take longer.
What we value most is the ability to customise Zoho to suit our actual service processes and operational needs.
Nordic CRM has helped us to develop and continuously improve a bespoke solution for managing service orders. They understand how our staff work in practice and can quickly translate new requirements into specific changes to the system’s forms, fields, workflows and user interface.
The collaboration is flexible, solution-oriented and characterised by a good understanding of our business.
Nordic CRM is more than just a CRM provider to us. They are a long-term partner who understand our business and continuously help us to develop and optimise our Zoho solution.
They work proactively and put forward suggestions for improvement that both meet our current needs and prepare the system for future requirements. Their support is exceptionally quick and efficient, and the team’s understanding of both Zoho and our business processes makes our collaboration run very smoothly.

Cons
I’d quite like to see a bit more up-to-date content on eazyacademy. When I need to show a new colleague how we do things, I sometimes find that the material is a step behind the latest changes to the system. I’d also like a single place where I can see what’s new in eazyproject. Things are constantly being improved, but I often only notice these changes by chance, and I’d prefer to be able to keep up to date in one place instead.
I’d quite like to see some more up-to-date content on EazyAcademy. When I need to look something up or show a new colleague how to do something, I sometimes find that the material isn’t quite in line with the latest updates in Eazy Project.
An advanced, bespoke solution requires ongoing maintenance and further development as processes, products and internal requirements change.
This means that new requirements sometimes need to be analysed and tested before they can be implemented. At the same time, flexibility is one of the solution’s greatest strengths, and Nordic CRM helps us to prioritise and implement the changes in a structured manner.
The Zoho platform is constantly evolving, and our own needs have also changed over the years. Consequently, the solution requires regular optimisation and maintenance rather than just a one-off set-up.
We don’t see this as a major problem, because Nordic CRM works proactively and helps us assess which improvements actually add value.
