Pros
What I like best about Capitech is that the solution is tailored to our needs and gives us a good overview of our day-to-day operations. The system is constantly evolving, and we are particularly pleased with the option to use AI-generated reports. The bespoke reports for monitoring rest periods and working hours are extremely useful tools in our day-to-day work and contribute to both effective monitoring and better control.
Firstly, I like the people who have helped us get started with Capitech. They’re skilled, dedicated people who put the customer first. 10/10 for that :) As for the product, I like almost everything about it. The reports are really useful, and you can extract exactly what you want.

Cons
What I miss most in Capitech is more proactive alerts for clock-in entries that could lead to breaches of working time regulations or internal rules. If the system could issue an alert as soon as clock-ins are approved that, for example, breach overtime limits or rest period rules, and require a comment before approval, it would make it easier to deal with non-compliance on an ongoing basis rather than having to identify it retrospectively.
I wish it were possible to transfer staff from one client to another. This should be possible within the same organisation.
I really miss the seamless integration of sick leave notifications. This used to happen automatically in the old HRM system.
I miss the ‘account number’ and ‘next of kin’ fields under employee details, but we’ve managed to sort it out quite easily using ‘custom fields’.
