Pros
We chose DealJourney because it's a new, flexible and very effective tool for working with customer follow-up. Listening, solution-orientated and forward-looking are words that are easy to use when describing Erik and the team at DealJourney. We look forward to growing together with DealJourney.
What I like best is that it's an accessible and easy-going organisation. Quick response to all enquiries, and if you have a good idea or a desire for improvement, the road to change is short.
DJ is easy to use and has everything you would expect from a modern CRM.
What's more, they have a fantastic solution for invoicing subscriptions, direct access to millions of contacts and excellent integrations with accounting and invoicing.
