Pros
Excellent product which has been at the core of our IT infrastructure since day 0. Has grown well with us as we have expanded operations. Customer service is great.
Appfarm is a very flexible no code solution that brings a luxurious combination of rapid development and great functionality. They have a low threshold for insight into the system's possibilities and limitations, regardless of the level of technical expertise of the customer. In addition, they are very responsive and work with a modern agile approach based on user stories from the business that optimise system support in a flexible way over time.
Everything is gathered in one programme and all modules talk to each other. You can also add shortcuts to other programmes you use, so you can use EK as a start page for everything you need.
That you can have many modules in the same system. Needs are met and data can be used across.
Flexible and Data Quality can tailor and customise what the company wants.

Cons
On the pricey side of software subscriptions.
There may be some signs of growth as the company has grown a lot in recent years, which of course gives a strained organisation. I have been satisfied with all contacts, but people and business arrangements have changed a little too much during the two years we have been a customer, which in some cases may have caused unnecessary delays in an otherwise generally very fast pace of development.
The design is a little "old-fashioned". A little difficult to make changes on the "back".
Risk module and the possibility to aggregate the risks into corporate top risks.
