What I like most about working with MultiSoft is that their system is both stable and reliable, which gives us peace of mind in our daily operations. I also appreciate the scalability - it can grow with our needs. The system is also very user-friendly, with an intuitive interface that makes it easy to use for all users.

Creatio is extremely user-friendly and enables quick implementation. Also, it's very useful to have all the marketing analytics in one place and compile reports covering different channels.

Cons
It would be great to have automated tests that can help the customer keep track of which parts of the system are vulnerable.
The hourly rate feels on the high side, but on the other hand there is no compromise on the quality of the work.
Email templates could be better - at the moment there are not enough changes you can make and the whole process of designing emails is a bit cumbersome. According to their roadmap, could be fixed very soon.
It would be great to have more variety of marketplace options.
