Why do companies choose you?

Why choose your system?

Why choose your system?

  • People and AI agents work in one platform. Sales, Marketing, and Service each include prebuilt AI agents, such as account research, meeting preparation, lead scoring, audience segmentation, and case resolution suggestions. Creatio AI Studio lets teams build custom agents with audit trails, human approval steps, and a choice of LLMs.
  • Business teams change processes themselves. The no-code environment, with a BPMN-based process designer and dynamic case management, means workflow changes don’t wait on a development queue.
  • Pricing that doesn’t scale per seat. The Unlimited plan has no limits on users, agents, applications, workflows, or API calls. AI agent execution is still metered through AI Credits.
  • Industry workflow packages for 20 verticals, plus 500+ apps and connectors on the Marketplace.
  • Security and compliance: SOC 2 Type II, ISO 27001, ISO 27017, and ISO 27018, with a choice of hosting region or on-premise deployment.

It is not the right choice for small teams or simple contact management. The minimum purchase is $10,000 per year with a standard three-year term.

Why choose you as a supplier?

  • Onboarding, self-paced training, and strategic consulting are included in the license. A network of 500+ certified partners handles implementation, which is billed separately.
  • Customers span financial services, manufacturing, high tech, and the public sector. Thousands of organizations in 100+ countries use the platform.
  • References include PSI Software (Berlin), which went live 3-4x faster than a typical CRM implementation after evaluating 30 vendors, and Lohmann (Neuwied), which unified 27 international sites in 18 months.
  • Creatio is named a Leader in the 2024 Forrester Wave for Low-Code Platforms for Citizen Developers and a Visionary in the 2025 Gartner Magic Quadrant for Sales Force Automation.

Pros

The combination of skills, CRM and forecasting in a single tool
I like the fact that Cinode is a specialised CRM for consultancy firms. I also love that they’re quick to roll out new features, such as the MCP server. With its help, we’ve been able to automate large parts of our business.
I particularly liked the intuitive low-code development, the high level of flexibility in process design, and the ability to combine CRM and workflow automation on a single central platform.

Cons

That it is a bit tricky to make forecasts on a financial year basis
Guit can involve quite a few clicks. But you get the hang of it.
As the software offers a wide range of functions, it may take some time to get to grips with it. Furthermore, complex customisations may occasionally require technical expertise.
Creatio is not yet as well known as its competitors in the DACH region
