Just how responsive the team at Dealjourney are, and how quickly our ideas and input are actually implemented in our system
We chose DealJourney because we can see that their CRM is a very good fit for our business. In addition to what other CRM systems can offer, we get a good overview of the rental agreements we have with our customers, and a clearer distinction between one-off sales and recurring sales. This makes it easier to see what a customer is worth to us over time.
And the fact that they are a Nordic company with staff who communicate in one of the Nordic languages and maintain close dialogue with us whenever we need it.

Misunderstandings and mistakes do happen from time to time – communication can be tricky!
DealJourney is such a small company. But perhaps that’s why it’s so innovative.
