We have been extremely happy with our collaboration with tracezilla and have received good and highly competent service.
However, I can see that there would have been some advantages in having an implementation partner or a consulting advisor involved in the process. This could have relieved us as project managers along the way.
tracezilla has a strong and flexible product that can be configured at a very detailed level. It's a big advantage to have a consultant invloved, who knows all the possibilities in the system.
