Pros
The user-friendliness and how easy it is for us to build new KYC flows ourselves. We use the ‘build-it-yourself’ feature for many flows and love how easy it is to change them on the fly, so we don’t have to get in touch with a programmer or anyone else every time something needs adjusting. It gives us the freedom to manage everything ourselves in a system that’s just so easy to use. On top of that, it’s brilliant that there’s AI for case management, self-assessments and structure, so we spend almost no time on manual administrative work. But one of the best things is that we can easily send out contracts and link them to the client’s profile directly from the system, so we don’t need to use several different systems.
We’ve been using VerifyID for our KYC, and it’s been a really good experience. The system is easy to use and very straightforward from start to finish.

Cons
The fact that there isn’t a mobile app yet. We mainly work on a computer, so it isn’t a problem in our day-to-day work, but when we’re out and about visiting clients, we do find ourselves wishing we could send out new verification links or manage cases a bit directly from our phones.
If my ID is down, so is VerifyID, but that’s the only thing
