Pros

Having all the information in one place and an easy-to-use, user-friendly system for line managers. That we get to help develop the system alongside Evity, who are responsive to our requests and quick to provide feedback.
Evity provides a good overview of our workforce and helps us to increasingly centralise information about our employees in one place, which is also accessible to everyone concerned (unlike staff files that are locked away in an office).
We had a solid requirement specification when we sourced HR systems. We were recommended by Systemguiden to talk to Cegid, among others, and they impressed us the most, so we went ahead with them. What I like most is that they delivered on all points they promised they would.
The implementation and ease of use. These reasons were why we chose Talentsoft in the end and they really delivered on both points.

Cons

Overall, I’m very satisfied; there are the odd minor glitches that are a bit of a nuisance, but nothing that’s caused any significant disruption. The salary review process could do with some improvement.
As the person responsible for sending out agreements and policies for signature, I would have liked to receive a notification when this has been done, so that I don’t have to log in several times to check. I’ve already submitted this feedback, but I’d like the absence calendar to show both weeks and dates, and for it to be easier to convert to Excel once everyone has entered their holiday details – or alternatively, for it to be possible to print a clear summary directly from Evity. There are quite a few errors when importing staff records into the payroll system, as well as when we try to import new salary details from the payroll system into Evity.
To achieve everything we wanted to do, a number of integrations with other systems were required, which was an extensive project in itself. Not Cegid's fault, but if I had to pick my least favourite part of the process, it would be that.
So far, I haven't found anything I don't like.
