Pros
Innomate is always open and quick to initiate new requests. If I have questions about an existing module or requests for changes, the enquiry is dealt with within 24 hours. The system is very stable.
That you have almost everything related to personnel in one system and you can set up flows that automate many workflows and, for the most part, can be customised to your wishes and needs
Thanks to the system, we can now manage all adverts within one team and also make it much more flexible than before.
I also like that a candidate applying to one of our subsidiaries can easily apply to all related companies at the same time if they find relevant positions elsewhere.
What I have really appreciated is the co-operation with Cegid. They have been committed to understanding our needs and setting up processes that suit us, which has been crucial to getting as much out of the system as we have.

The few places in the system where you can't get customisation according to your wants and needs.
It took some work to implement the system, but that's probably largely because we have complicated structures and needs. It turned out very well in the end regardless.
