The most demanding aspect is that the flexibility of the platform also requires a clear structure, prioritisation and good internal management.
On the pricey side of software subscriptions.
Canvas could improve in built-in data analysis and reporting tools. More advanced data management would enrich the user experience and offer deeper insights.
No downsides so far... :)
