What I definitely like the most is the "sandbox" feeling you get from the system - you can basically build whatever you want within the system's framework. I also like the fact that there are different modules so you can customise according to your needs.

The best thing about PlusOffice is that they are user-centred. In practice, this means that they work purposefully to develop the product that customers need in their everyday lives. Setting up keywords, whatever the system, is always boring.
The search function works well, but occasionally it takes a little longer.
Nothing that stands out as less good
There are always some downsides to having a standard system, for example, you get access to a staff handbook that is standardised and always updated. At first glance, this may seem like a square peg, but if you dig a little deeper, you'll find that you can easily add personalised pages while retaining the strength of the standard pages always being updated according to legislation.
