It is easy to use, both for participants taking measurements and for me as the administrator. The help centre has good instructions on most things. The support is gold! I always get a response within a reasonable time, always get answers to my questions and always get a nice welcome. I also appreciate the increased flexibility of the system, with the ability to create your own questions, question packs and communication materials. The webinars you hold are valuable and contribute to both inspiration and knowledge. Overall, I am very satisfied with Brilliant as a system. In addition, I also appreciate the cooperation and the continuous dialogue with our KAM.
It is very neat and easy to use. The support for OSA is a big plus.
The analysis and support to implement improvements. Then overall, Workly feels very easy and smooth to use.

Cons
Would like to see potential for improvement in the administration of the organisational tree. However, know that simplifications are underway.
It is positive that the employee view is now on its way, as it is a feature I have previously missed and look forward to. Unfortunately, on two occasions in a short period of time, we have experienced changes to our organisational hierarchy due to updates or other technical interventions beyond our control. This creates uncertainty about the reliability of the system, as the organisational hierarchy should not be affected by technical updates in Brilliant.
Just small things, they have been very responsive and listened to our views.
The only thing I can think of is that there have been some minor bugs. But that's the way it is with all systems and it feels like they handled it in a good way.
