Pros

The most important thing for us is that the till system, card payments and administration are all combined in a single solution from a single supplier. This has eliminated the need for a separate terminal agreement and, consequently, the interfaces where errors typically occur. The implementation went according to plan, the training required was minimal, and the pricing structure is transparent with no unforeseen costs.
Point of sale and payment in the same system. No separate terminal agreement, no manual reconciliation, just one supplier to deal with. Easy to learn.

Cons

We have not identified any significant drawbacks during the period in which we have been using the system. The only reservation I would highlight is that the solution is based on a fixed system logic, which means that existing workflows must, to a certain extent, be adapted to the system rather than the other way round. In our case, this has not had any practical implications.
Nothing of note so far. You have to get used to Tebis’s own logic rather than recreating your old setup.
