Pros
Agda is so well prepared for upcoming changes and what needs to be reported to other external companies, such as the Swedish Tax Agency.
The simplicity of it, and the fact that there’s a video (2.5–4 minutes long) for each part of the task that explains briefly and clearly what I need to do! Since this is a rare occurrence, you don’t always remember how you did it last time. (At least, I don’t.)
It is easy for managers to approve and for employees to report and follow up. Clear, digital and less administration for both HR and finance.
Feels stable and professional. Much is automated and it is easier to keep track of documentation. Good to be able to get help quickly when something is unclear.

When I get stuck and have to put a case to the support and all the writing before we come to a solution.
I actually can't think of a single negative point to mention.
The onboarding took a little longer than we thought because we wanted to set everything up correctly from the start.
Some reports and special cases require a little extra manual effort compared to the standard flow.
