You understand the programme, no complications when working in payroll or other areas.
Easy to work with the whole of payroll management
It is easy for managers to approve and for employees to report and follow up. Clear, digital and less administration for both HR and finance.
Feels stable and professional. Much is automated and it is easier to keep track of documentation. Good to be able to get help quickly when something is unclear.

I find the list generator not very easy to create lists in.
Small "squares" cannot be expanded as desired
The onboarding took a little longer than we thought because we wanted to set everything up correctly from the start.
Some reports and special cases require a little extra manual effort compared to the standard flow.
