Pros
It is easy for managers to approve and for employees to report and follow up. Clear, digital and less administration for both HR and finance.
Feels stable and professional. Much is automated and it is easier to keep track of documentation. Good to be able to get help quickly when something is unclear.
That the system is constantly evolving
How the payroll process works, loading files, creating payroll, multi-function processing, how I can do checks. The list generator with the ability to create reports is in a class of its own. All the shortcuts available to work more smoothly in the system.

The onboarding took a little longer than we thought because we wanted to set everything up correctly from the start.
Some reports and special cases require a little extra manual effort compared to the standard flow.
Some old errors, still there after several years
The personal register has not been developed. For example, employees who have a degree of employment other than 100% want to see both full-time and part-time salaries. Schedule management is not the easiest either, there are many steps.
