What do you like most?
Yesbox combines a strong and well-structured tool for employee surveys with a clear methodology that creates confidence in the results. At least as important for us is the personal treatment - they are always easy to reach, quick in feedback and genuinely service-minded. A safe and professional collaboration that we value highly.
What do you like least?
At present, I have nothing concrete that I perceive as negative in the co-operation.

It is crucial for us to be able to measure and develop our employees' commitment, satisfaction, etc. and the extent to which they are good ambassadors. We analyse this and more in the annual survey, supplemented by more situation-based pulse measurements.

A personalised approach. Competent and experienced staff. Adaptable to our needs and wishes. Help in formulating questions and interpreting results. Possibility to choose additional services in the form of presentations for groups of employees, etc. Cost-effective.
