A personalised approach. Competent and experienced staff. Adaptable to our needs and wishes. Help in formulating questions and interpreting results. Possibility to choose additional services in the form of presentations for groups of employees, etc. Cost-effective.

What do you like most?
I like that it is flexible, you choose how you want to design the basic data that you want to include in the survey. Very clear for the user and secured anonymity for the person doing the survey.
What do you like least?
This is not really a criticism of the system, but perhaps the layout could be modernised.

We have a better insight into what our staff feel and think. Within a few months of receiving the results, we have already taken action on some of the views prioritised by staff. We have launched projects and action points to offer our staff the results of the survey more clearly.
