The ability to easily customise the system to work for your business. Easy to work with and clear to employees once they understand the set-up.

What do you like least?

There are no direct flaws in the system. It's a bit of a learning curve when you first get started and the system works better every year when you have something to refer back to. The first year is always a little slow. On the other hand, this is probably the case with most systems that are implemented.
