What do you like most?

We worked closely with XtraMile over several months whilst developing their new website. What we appreciated most was how professional, organised and collaborative the team was throughout the project. Communication was clear, decisions were made efficiently, and the team was open to new ideas and recommendations. Through this collaboration, we also gained valuable insight into XtraMile’s LMS and learning platform. We were particularly impressed by its strong focus on usability and on making onboarding, compulsory training and skills development simpler and more effective. The platform’s use of AI and automation also stands out as a clear strength.

What do you like least?

We have no significant negative experiences to report. Our experience with XtraMile has mainly been as an external digital partner rather than as a day-to-day user of the learning platform. We are therefore not in a position to assess every aspect of the end-user experience, but the collaboration itself was very positive from start to finish.

What business-critical problems do you feel XtraMile solves?

XtraMile helps organisations simplify, structure and manage workplace training through a single modern learning platform. The LMS brings together onboarding, e-learning, compulsory training and skills development, whilst automation reduces the need for time-consuming manual administration. From our perspective as a digital partner, the value proposition was clear: XtraMile makes complex training processes easier to manage, communicate and deliver effectively.

What do you like most?

XtraMile makes it easy to create and deliver professional e-learning courses. The courses can be structured as short, visual lessons with interactive exercises, making the content easily accessible and engaging for participants. We particularly like the fact that distribution, follow-up and documentation of completion are automated. This saves us a lot of manual work and makes it easy to scale the courses to multiple clients.

What do you like least?

There’s actually very little we miss. Whenever we have suggestions or requests for improvements, we find that XtraMile is very responsive and quick to act on them. The platform is constantly being developed, and we feel that our feedback is taken seriously.

What business-critical problems do you feel XtraMile solves?

XtraMile enables us to turn our specialist expertise into professional digital courses without having to develop or run a learning platform ourselves. We can focus on the content and our expertise in personal finance and financial security, whilst XtraMile handles the technical delivery. This means we can develop and deliver courses more quickly, reach more corporate clients and follow up with participants without creating a corresponding increase in administrative workload. For us, this is crucial to being able to scale our course offering effectively.

What do you like most?

What we like best about XtraMile is how much easier and quicker it has become to produce digital courses. We are now able to develop and customise courses ourselves to a much greater extent, without having to rely on external intermediaries. This gives us better control over the content, greater flexibility and a shorter path from idea to finished course. We also really appreciate that the platform is modern and user-friendly, and that our collaboration with XtraMile is close, professional and solution-oriented.

What do you like least?

We don’t have anything particularly negative to highlight. The platform works well for our needs, and whenever we have questions or feedback, we find that XtraMile responds quickly and is easy to work with.

What business-critical problems do you feel XtraMile solves?

XtraMile helps us streamline the entire process of producing and distributing digital courses for the craft industry. Previously, course production was considerably more resource-intensive and costly. With XtraMile, we can produce, update and customise courses much more quickly ourselves. This results in lower costs, greater control over the content and increased capacity to develop new courses for apprentices, skilled workers and other target groups. For us, XtraMile has therefore become a vital platform for scaling up and further developing our digital learning provision.
