Despite cancelling the contract, we have received a debt collection demand from a company that also has the same owner as Xdesk. The business idea seems to be to deliberately deceive users, the equivalent of fraud. It is claimed that the service is free but if you start using the service you have to cancel this within 30 days otherwise you are bound to pay. Beware of this company. It is worth noting that several others have also been scammed.
