What do you like most?

The excellent search function, the possibility of all kinds of assignment rules, the possibility to influence the graphic layout. The very easy-to-use authoring tool Create Tool and the streaming service Cornerstone sbx, which works without the films lagging, which they would otherwise do in our internal IT system if you use Youtube or Vimeo, for example.

Lots of keystrokes, sometimes very square if you made a mistake or need to change something

Our need to train new or existing staff at short notice in new techniques, new equipment, in tasks they have not done before. That these training programmes can be accessed every day of the year and every hour of the day. Very important as we have a business that is both geographically dispersed and runs around the clock.

The ability to grow within the system. New needs constantly emerge, sometimes due to the organisation itself and sometimes due to external circumstances, and the ability to adapt quickly and to do things you didn't know you would have to do is extremely valuable
