Det beste med VISKAN E-Handelsplatform er at vi opplever at det er nesten en one-stop-shopping, Systemet løser hele kundereisen samt holder kontroll på lager

Det er fremdeles for lite API løsninger til systemet - dette gjelder spesielt når vi bruker en tredjeparts løsning på kundeservice - vi skulle gjerne hat ten løsning hvor all kommunikasjon/kommentarfelt på kunde kan synkes direkte med en kontaktsenter løsning - da kunne vi bruke kontaktsenter løsningen til kommunikasjon og alt vi sender vil automatisk synkes med VISKAN og motsatt fall der vi kommuniserer fra VISKAN synkes til kontaktsenter løsning

Våre selskaper har brukt selskapet i over 15 år. V har hatt en fantstisk kontakt med flere sentrale personer i selskapet, de leverer raskt og er løsningsorienterte når utfordringer oppstår. Uten deres system, så hadde vi i dag ikke kunne hatt den veksten både i B/C og B/B som vi opplever.
