Ubiqisense

UbiqiSense is a Danish solution for measuring and analysing how offices, buildings and other physical spaces are used. Smart sensors anonymously record the number of people, movement patterns and time spent in each area, whilst the platform’s dashboard displays occupancy and space utilisation in real time and historically. The data can be used to optimise layout, energy consumption and the property portfolio. The solution can be integrated with building management systems and other proptech systems via API, amongst other things.

UbiqiSense is ideal for businesses, property owners, co-working spaces and facility management teams seeking greater insight into the use of their premises. The solution is also suitable for educational institutions, shops and organisations with numerous rooms or locations. The system is particularly relevant when you wish to adapt space to actual needs, reduce costs and energy consumption, or make data-driven decisions regarding layout, capacity and future property investments.
