What do you like most?

Central strukturering af HR-data, fleksibilitet og en ambitiøs udviklingsagenda Systemet skaber et solidt fundament for compliance, ensartede processer og et samlet HR-overblik. Brugerfladen er forholdsvis intuitiv, og medarbejdernes stamdata er let tilgængelige i hverdagen. Muligheden for at opsætte egne felter giver god fleksibilitet i forhold til organisationens behov. Derudover er det positivt at se, at Sympa har en seriøs udviklingsagenda med deres nye Udviklingsdirektør – det lover godt for systemets fremtidige muligheder.

Procesflows Det kan virke fragmenteret og kræver ofte manuelle workarounds – især når man arbejder med mere komplekse HR-flows, hvor systemet ikke i tilstrækkelig grad guider brugeren eller binder trinene sammen. Det skaber risiko for inkonsistens og manglende opfølgning, og det reducerer den tid, HR faktisk kan bruge på værdiskabende opgaver. Samarbejde Samarbejde omkring udvikling og implementering af nye features er meget træg. Der loves ofte mere end der holdes.
