What do you like most?

Centralised structuring of HR data, flexibility and an ambitious development agenda The system creates a solid foundation for compliance, standardised processes and a unified HR overview. The user interface is relatively intuitive and employee master data is easily accessible on a daily basis. The ability to set up custom fields provides good flexibility in relation to the needs of the organisation. It's also positive to see that Sympa has a serious development agenda with their new Development Director - this bodes well for the system's future possibilities.

What do you like least?

Process flows It can seem fragmented and often requires manual workarounds - especially when working with more complex HR flows where the system doesn't sufficiently guide the user or tie the steps together. This creates the risk of inconsistency and lack of follow-up, and reduces the time HR can actually spend on value-adding tasks. Collaboration Collaboration around the development and implementation of new features is very slow. Often more is promised than delivered. Reporting The most common summaries are relatively easy to extract, but as soon as you want to follow the development of KPIs over time - for example within retention, absence or recruitment - it requires customisation and often external system support. This means that management does not immediately get the strategic overview needed for informed decision-making.

The biggest contribution is that it centralises and structures HR data in one place, providing an overview and minimising the risk of errors in manual processes.
