What do you like most?
We have been using Questback for several years in order to develop our services and to measure customer satisfaction. In addition, we check judgements on a daily basis to be able to correct if someone is not satisfied. We also use it to develop our services based on comments from our customers. Best of all, it's simple and straightforward.
What do you like least?
What I would possibly wish for is a slightly more modern interface and design. Otherwise, as I said, we are very satisfied.

We strive to have 100% satisfied customers and with the help of Questback we can quickly catch a customer who for some reason is not completely satisfied. We also send regular reports to customer-business leaders to show that employees are satisfied with our service, which strengthens the customer relationship.
