Trip Track It

TripTrackIt is a Swedish electronic logbook that automatically records journeys using a GPS tracker fitted to the vehicle. Journeys are collected in the app and can be categorised as business or private, merged or split, and exported as PDF or CSV files. AI gradually learns from how the user classifies and organises their journeys and can thus reduce the amount of manual work over time. What sets TripTrackIt apart from many other solutions is, above all, its simplicity and price. The focus is on making the logbook as automated as possible, without the user having to purchase a comprehensive fleet management system with features they do not need. TripTrackIt costs €40 per vehicle per year, with a GPS tracker currently available for a one-off fee of €79.

TripTrackIt is primarily suited to small and medium-sized enterprises with one or more vehicles that are used regularly for business purposes. Typical customers include consultancy, service, installation and trades businesses, as well as other organisations where employees or owners use a car for work. The ideal customer wants to automate their mileage log and meet the Swedish Tax Agency’s requirements without investing in a comprehensive fleet management system. TripTrackIt works equally well for sole traders with a single vehicle and companies with multiple vehicles that wish to consolidate their mileage logs and gain a single, centralised overview.
